Dear Ph.D. Candidate,

Applications for the Ph.D. Qualification Exam will be made through the leebasvuru.itu.edu.tr website from February 26 to March 10, 2024. On this page, you cannot use your username and password, which are used in the ITU portal. If this is the first time you log in to the leebasvuru.itu.edu.tr website, you can obtain your username and password with your username used in the ITU portal system through the “Şifre Sıfırla” button. 

You can track the progress of your application on the application page and learn information regarding the examination when it is settled. You will be notified about the information regarding the examination via email as well. If you encounter any issues, kindly reach out to us by creating a help ticket directed to ITU’s Graduate School IT unit.
