Petition submissions to Graduate School are now done online via new system and thus, submissions via e-mail will not be taken into consideration.

The General Purpose Petition process has been launched in the Process Management Application developed for our University by the ITU Directorate of Information Technologies Department. The Graduate General Purpose Petition process will be carried out from the General Purpose Petition tab in the Process Management Student Interface via the university portal (https://kepler-beta.itu.edu.tr) When your petition is registered, a registration number will be sent to your email address.
Petitions will only be accepted through this system. Petitions sent to the LEE corporate e-mail address will not be processed. When the procedure of your petition submitted to our Institute is completed (decision of the Board of Directors, etc.), the result information will be sent to your ITU email.
