The 2024–2025 Doctoral Graduation Ceremony will be held in two sessions on Friday, July 11, 2025, at 10:00 AM and 2:30 PM at the Süleyman Demirel Cultural Center.
The undergraduate and master’s graduation ceremony, where you will crown your success as a #ITUGraduateSchool graduate, will be held on Saturday, July 12, 2025, at ITU Stadium.
The deadline for submitting thesis proposals and progress reports via the Student Information System is June 30, 2025. Submissions after this date will not be accepted.

Master's students who are in their 6th semester in the 2024-2025 Fall semester must submit their theses by January 10, 2025, the end of the 2024-2025 Fall semester, via the Process Management Student Interface on https://obs.itu.edu.tr.
2024-2025 Spring Term applications to ITU Graduate School masters and PhD programmes are available between December 6, 2024 - February 3, 2025 17.00 (UTC/GMT+3).
You can apply for the 2024-2025 Fall PhD qualification exam through the Student Information System if you are eligible to do so, under the Student Process Management Qualification Interface. Applications should be submitted between October 15th and 22nd 2024.
Graduate School Orientation Day for our fresh students will be held online on 2nd October 2024, 10.00 (UTC+3).
Please be informed that enrollment for coursework, proficiency, and thesis work for the Fall Semester of the 2024-2025 academic year will take place online on September 23-25, 2024.
