Dear Istanbul Technical University (ITU) Graduate Students (Ph.D. and Master's),

Please be informed that enrollment for coursework, proficiency, and thesis work for the Fall Semester of the 2024-2025 academic year will take place online on September 23-25, 2024 as outlined below:

a) Students beyond their first semester: Those entering their second semester or higher will enroll in coursework, proficiency exams, or thesis work with their advisor.

b) Newly admitted students who meet the English Proficiency Requirement: Students who meet the requirement at the start of the fall semester and are in the scientific preparation or course stage will register for courses with their program coordinator if they do not yet have an advisor.

Graduate students in the scientific preparation stage must fill out the Scientific Preparatory Program Registration Form with their advisor for the required undergraduate courses. This form should be emailed to mfcomaktekin@itu.edu.tr between September 30 and October 04, 2024.

c) Students whose maximum duration of studentship has ended and who did not pay the fees within the scheduled time as per the academic calendar have been blocked from enrolling. The late registration period for coursework and thesis work for the ongoing fall semester begins on September 30 at 10 am and ends on October 04 at 5 pm. Those who are blocked from enrolling will be able to do so after paying the fees during the late registration period.
